The consultation was competent, unobtrusive, and friendly. I felt well taken care of and would consult the real estate agency again should I decide to sell.

Very competent advice from Ms. Ricci-Schlaak. We sold our condominium surprisingly quickly, within four weeks, including the notary appointment, and the transaction was seamless. I can recommend her without reservation. H. Ohler

With Mr. Lelitko, we found the perfect real estate agent for us. Highly professional, competent, very polite, and empathetic, he guided us through the entire process, from the initial property valuation and finding potential buyers to the notary appointment for the sales contract. He carefully selected potential buyers according to our specifications, and we quickly found the ideal family to purchase our property, which had previously been exclusively in our family and to which we have a strong emotional attachment. We are now certain that the property has gone to the right hands and can conclude the sale process with complete satisfaction, both personally and emotionally. We highly recommend Mr. Lelitko as a real estate agent due to his high level of expertise and his positive personality. A. Schäfer

Ms. Loesdau assisted me with the sale of my property. She acted very professionally, empathetically, and correctly. Since I couldn't be there, she took care of all the necessary details. The property was sold within four weeks. It couldn't have been better!

I was very satisfied with Poll. The real estate agents were dedicated, flexible with their hours, and very accommodating. Even when I was abroad for an extended period, I could rely on them and communicate easily. In a difficult tenant situation, Ms. Loesdau demonstrated great sensitivity and ultimately found a very good solution for everyone.
